SPEED MATCHING TO PAPER SHEETERS
REAMPACK 51 offers speed of upto 50 reams per minute output which makes it suitable for direct linkup with paper sheeters.
ERGONOMICS & SAFETY
REAMPACK 51 has CE compliant Safety Guards which are designed for comfortable operation and maintenance of the machine. Transparent guards are used to give full visibility of the movement of ream and wrapper.
HOT MELT APPLICATOR
Optimised gluing guns of hot melt applicator ensures high performance for accurate glue application.
EASY AND QUICK CHANGE
All REAMPACK 51 timings for a particular size can be stored in the HMI as a recipe for that size. In future, whenever that size needs to be run, a simple click on its recipe restores timings of the machine suited to that size. All position settings of the machine can be read on digital scale and recorded for future reference. It is easy to change between different size formats like A3 to A4.
EASE & ACCURACY
Machine is controlled with top line electronics for unmatched performance. Its 6 axis servo motion control makes its operations easy and accurate.
